Welcome! WFM Planner is your central tool for workforce management, scheduling, and staff allocation. This guide will help you get up to speed with the core concepts and navigation of the application.
Navigating the Application
The main navigation bar at the top of your screen gives you access to the primary features of the planner:
- Planner: The main control center where you can view project schedules, track milestones, and assign staff to jobs.
- Roster: A detailed grid view of staff work schedules, showing regular hours, leave, and specific assignments.
- My Team: A personalized area where you can manage your direct reports, search the staff directory, and update roster patterns.
- Leave: The calendar interface for viewing, applying for, and approving staff leave.
- Tools: Specialized utilities, including the visual Organization Structure and automated Timesheet Approvals.
- Admin Settings: (For Admins) The configuration hub for the application, where you manage integrations, webhooks, and account roles.
Getting Help
Whenever you need assistance with a specific page or feature, look for the Help (question mark) icon in the top right corner of the navigation bar. Clicking this button will open the relevant Knowledge Base article for the page you are currently viewing.
